Terms & Conditions for Participation

THIS OFFER IS A LIMITED TIME OFFER. PURCHASES MUST BE MADE BETWEE AUGUST 19, 2019 AND SEPTEMBER 19, 2019 AND REDEMPTION REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59:59 PM PACIFIC TIME (“PT”) ON SEPTEMBER 26, 2019. $5 Walmart e-Gift Cards WILL BE AVAILABLE WHILE SUPPLIES LAST.

LIMIT ONE (1) WALMART STORE RECEIPT OR WALMART.COM ORDER CONFIRMATION SUBMISSION PER UNIQUE EMAIL ADDRESS, UNIQUE MOBILE PHONE NUMBER OR HOUSEHOLD ADDRESS FOR THE ENTIRE PROGRAM. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence (19 in NE and AL, 21 in MS, and 18 in all other states) to participate. Redemption requests will be accepted until 11:59:59 PM PT on 9/26/19 while supplies of gifts last. Participants who submit a valid store receipt or order confirmation will be sent a unique code to redeem online for the $5 Walmart e-Gift Card (“Gift”). Unique code will expire at 11:59:59 PM PT on 10/3/19.

To participate in the Offer:

(1) Between 8/19/19 and 9/19/19, purchase at least $20 worth of qualifying Neutrogena® products (excluding trial sizes) from Walmart stores or Walmart.com.

(2) Take a picture of your store receipt/order confirmation. Ensure the following are clearly visible:

a) Walmart store name

b) Date/time of purchase/order

c) Order # (if submitting a order confirmation)

d) Purchase Total

e) $20 worth of qualifying Neutrogena® products from Walmart*.

Purchases must clearly appear in one single order transaction.

(3) Text or email the photo of your Walmart store receipt or Walmart.com order confirmation to btsbeauty@uploadreceipt.com by 9/26/19 at 11:59:59 PT or upload the photo of your Walmart store receipt or Walmart.com order confirmation at http://www.btsbeautypromo.com by 9/26/19 at 11:59:59 PM PT by following the directions provided.

If submitted via text message, message and data charges by wireless carrier apply. Text “STOP” to btsbeauty@uploadreceipt.com to stop receiving messages and “HELP” to btsbeauty@uploadreceipt.com for customer service. You will be sent up to two (2) automated messages from TPG Rewards, Inc. (“Administrator”) to the wireless number you used to participate. Consent to receive text messages is not required to make a purchase or participate in the Offer.

Consumer notification process:

(1) Once the photo of your Walmart store receipt or Walmart.com order confirmation has been submitted you will receive a reply confirming the submission has been received and that it is being reviewed. Validation of the submission can take up to 24 hours.

(2) If a submission is deemed valid, you will be sent an email/text message response from TPG Rewards, Inc. to the email address/mobile number used to submit the Walmart store receipt or Walmart.com order confirmation. You will be sent a unique code to receive your $5 Walmart e-Gift Card. Once you have a code, visit http://www.btsbeautypromo/redeem and follow all on-screen prompts and instructions to enter and submit your unique code and any other required information so that the $5 Walmart e-Gift Card can be emailed to the email address provided while redeeming your code. The unique code to receive the $5 Walmart e-Gift Card will expire at 11:59:59 PM PT on 10/3/19.

(3) If a submission is deemed invalid, you will be sent an email/text message from TPG Rewards, Inc. indicating that the submission is invalid, the reason why it is invalid, and directions on how to resubmit the receipt, assuming that all purchase requirements are met. The person submitting a receipt for validation will be deemed the Offer recipient.

(4) Offer is only available on products purchased with cash or cash equivalent (no points or other non-monetary purchase methods.) Receipts or unique codes obtained through unauthorized means or illegitimate channels will be void. Receipts/order confirmations and unique codes cannot be sold, traded, auctioned or bartered; all of which will be void. Duplicate requests and requests from resellers, dealers/distributors, their employees or warehouse facilities, groups, clubs or organizations will be void.

(5) Terms and conditions apply to use of $5 Walmart eGift Card.

(6) Limit one (1) $5 Walmart e-Gift Card per household address. No substitutions or transfers permitted except by Sponsor which reserves the right to substitute an item of comparable or greater value. The $5 Walmart e-Gift Card may not be redeemed for cash.

Sponsor, TPG Rewards, Inc. and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, promotional partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”), are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered mail, text messages, unique codes, or email; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Offer, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Offer, the processing of submissions or receipts, the redemption of unique codes, or in any Offer-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Offer. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computers related to or resulting from participation in this Offer or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Offer or website, who are in violation of these Official Rules or who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, in each case as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Should any portion of the Offer be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration or security of the Offer, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the offer. By participating, participants agree that the Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participants against, any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the Gift or participation in this Offer. By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Sponsor can void unique codes and/or gift card(s) from any individual(s) believed to exhibit fraudulent behavior or any attempt to corrupt or impair Offer administration, security, fairness, or proper administration. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Offer is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorneys’ fees) and/or other remedies from any such person(s) responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law.
